How to set the batting order

In a team sheet or a match lineup, drag the handle on the right of each player to reorder them. The order under BATTING ORDER is the order they come in — and dragging is switched off while a search is active.

It is a starting point, not a contract
The order decides who is offered first when a wicket falls — but the Next batter sheet lets you send in anyone available. Promote a pinch-hitter without editing anything.
Dragging is deliberately disabled while a search is active. Reordering a filtered list would rebuild the order from only the visible players and silently drop the rest. Clear the search first.
