Getting started
Your first match, the two modes, and what works offline.
Quick Match or Full Match — which should I use?
Quick Match scores the team only and starts in seconds. Full Match scores named players ball by ball, giving you scorecards and career stats. If anyone will later ask how many runs they scored, choose Full Match.
How to score your first cricket match (in under a minute)
Open the app, tap Start a new match, choose Quick Match, type both team names, pick the overs and tap Start Match. No account, no signup, and it works with no internet.
How to set up your first Full Match
Pick a team sheet for each side, choose the overs, max overs per bowler, arena and ball, then tap Start Full Match and select your openers and opening bowler. Both teams need saved team sheets from the Squad Book first.
Do I need an account? Does it work without internet?
No account, and no internet needed. Every match is stored on your phone as you score it. You only need a connection for optional extras like live streaming and sharing.
Overs, max overs per bowler, arena and ball explained
Overs sets the innings length. Max overs per bowler caps how much any one bowler can send down. Arena (turf, ground, street, mohalla, stadium) and ball (tennis, tape, leather, rubber, plastic, wind) tag the match so you can filter career stats later.
Team names and colours (and why two teams can't share a shade)
Each team gets a name and a colour. The two teams must use different colours, because the whole scoring screen is colour-coded by team — the score panel, the batter cards and the bowling bar all take the batting or bowling side's colour.
