Tape Ball Cricket
Scoring App
GullyCrix is the free scoring app that plays tape-ball by tape-ball rules — re-bowl wides without the penalty run, switch off free hits, change the overs mid-match, and keep tape-ball stats separate from leather. Built for the games in car parks, courts and floodlit grounds from London to Dubai to Karachi. Offline, ball-by-ball, no login.

Tape-ball isn’t leather cricket
with worse equipment.
It’s its own format with its own laws — a wide gets re-bowled but costs nothing, free hits are a house call, and the over count bends to the floodlight timer. Most scoring apps force official rules onto it. GullyCrix makes tape-ball’s conventions actual toggles.
The conventions,
as real toggles.
Agree the rules before the toss — the app enforces them from the first ball, so the argument never starts.

No runs for wides & no-balls
The delivery is still re-bowled, but no penalty run is added — tape-ball's oldest convention, as a toggle.

No free hits
A no-ball doesn't arm a free hit. Decide it before the toss and it never comes up again.

Change overs mid-match
Floodlights fading or the next team waiting for the court — adjust the total overs while the match runs.

Ball type on every match
Record tape, tennis, leather or rubber — and filter every player's career stats by ball.

Unequal teams & mid-match joins
Start seven versus five, add the guy who arrives in the third over, let someone leave early.

Offline-first scoring
Every ball saves on your phone with no connection — warehouses, courts and car parks included.
Counts as of August 2026. Matches scored across iOS and Android; App Store Sports-chart peaks: #37 Sri Lanka, #47 Pakistan, #76 India.
Six-over games deserve
real scorecards too.
Tape-ball is quick — the scorer has to be quicker. One tap per ball, undo for mis-taps, a scoreboard readable from the far end of the court, and a projected score that keeps the chase honest. When it’s done: a full scorecard, player careers that build across every game in Full Match mode, and share cards for the group chat — images or a single PDF.
Tournament night? Stream any match live to a link — viewers just open it in a browser, no app needed. And if your weekend game is a soft-ball knockabout in the garden, see the backyard cricket scoring page.
Don’t take our word.
Take theirs.
