One bat, uneven teams, rules invented on the spot and renegotiated every third over. GullyCrix was built in India for exactly this game — then grew a rules engine for how it’s really played everywhere.

Every unwritten backyard rule below is a written one in the app — agree them before the first ball, and the scorer enforces them so nobody argues.
Start with unequal teams
Each side is all out on its own squad size — the result maths follows your real numbers.
Last man standing
When everyone else is out, the final batter keeps going — the way backyards have always played it.
Single-side batting
One batter at a time, no non-striker, next one in after each wicket. Pure backyard format.
Common player
One player bats for both sides, with each innings scored separately and correctly.
Join, move or leave mid-match
Late arrivals join either team; anyone who hasn't batted or bowled can switch or head home.
Change overs mid-match
Shorten or stretch the game while it's running — it never drops below the overs already bowled.

Tennis ball, beach, nets —
it all counts.
Record the ball you actually play with — tennis, tape, rubber or leather — and every player’s career stats can be filtered by it. Sunday’s beach game and the Tuesday nets session both build the same career record in Full Match mode: runs, average, strike rate, wickets, best figures.
When it’s done, share a proper scorecard to the group chat — as images or a PDF. Play with a taped-up tennis ball instead? That game has its own rules, and its own page.
