Troubleshooting
When something looks wrong, and how to put it right.
I closed the app mid-match — is my match lost?
No. The ongoing match is saved on your phone after every ball. Reopen the app and tap Resume Match on the home screen — you will be exactly where you left off, even after a crash or a dead battery.
Dark mode, light mode and changing the app icon
Settings → Appearance. Choose System, Light or Dark for the theme, and pick from several app icons. The scoring screen keeps the team colours in either theme.
Notifications and sound
Settings → Notifications controls what the app tells you about, and Settings → Sound mutes scoring sounds and effects — useful when you are scoring somewhere quiet.
My stats look wrong — a checklist
Work through four things: the match was a Full Match, the right player was picked, there is no duplicate splitting the career, and no arena or ball filter is narrowing the view.
What's included in the app
Everything in the app today is available to everyone — Quick Match, Full Match, the Squad Book, career stats, live streaming and sharing. There is no login required and no ads at present.
How to report a bug or ask for a feature
Use the Telegram community link in Settings for the fastest reply, or the contact form on the website. Include your app version and, if it is a scoring issue, what the score should have been.
Cricket scoring glossary: SR, economy, dot, RHB and more
Strike rate is runs per 100 balls. Economy is runs per over — lower is better. A dot is a ball with no runs. RHB and LHB are right- and left-hand bat. Best figures are wickets first, then fewest runs.
