Turn on No free hits in Gully Rules and a no-ball is just a no-ball — re-bowled, with its penalty if that rule is on, but the next delivery is an ordinary ball.
By default the app follows the modern game: a no-ball earns the batter a free hit, and the scoring screen marks the delivery so you can't forget. Plenty of gully games don't play free hits at all — one toggle turns them off for the match.
